So for me the cash to point value makes it hard to justify the 1br. Even though sq footage maybe justifies 2x the points, cash prices generally fall in the 1.5 x range which makes it hard for me to justify the 1br when calculating value or my points. I honestly feel like I’ll do studio or if I want the space 2br but would skip over 1br since always do the math of how little more it is to upgrade. For me the only reason to ever do 1br is to get into something at resort when studio and 2br not available.
