Ooh - that sounds good. Luca is actually a really great movie and it's unfortunate that it got lost in pandemic-era streaming. I'm always up for a good old-fashioned talking animal picture. "In debt to the local feline mob boss?" Yeah, that sounds awesome.

This may be the next Disney movie I'll see in theaters. Gives me Flow vibes but in a good way (as that movie rules btw). Luca was also one of the only recent Pixar movies I really enjoyed so I have hopes for this.

I hope this actually gets a first run release and DOESN’T GET LUCA’D TO STREAMING…

Why would this go to streaming? Disney is done putting Pixar and Disney animated movies on streaming. Moana 2 was supposed to be a Disney+ series. Iger wants to move away from Disney+ for movies. Same reason the Mandalorian was moved to a movie release and not a new season.
